Hello Everyone!
Well I enoyed this weeks assignment. It gave me an opportunity to do something that I don't do often or haven't done in a while. I visited downtown Hartford (I live in East Hartford). It was beautiful on Saturday (5/29/09). "Killed 2 birds w/ one stone". Took the kids with me and we went Bushnell Park, then walked around downtown. They loved it and I too enjoyed doing my homework while spending some quality time with my children! Talk about work/life/school balance! Flexibility in todays age is very much needed and also important! I was very pleased to not be stressed over an assignment! Well here are a few of the pics I took. Had I read "The Blog" sooner, I may have taken some better ones, because unlike what Jerry suggested I was trying to get the whole building!!! :-)
I do have plenty others on my fotothing portfolio...so please go take a look. I actually stumbled across how to create Picasa Web Albums...then I hit a few settings that actually would add/link with public communities that I am apart of. Therefore I hope it worked. My web album should automatically post to fotothing. Don't think it did it, so I went ahead and manually did something!!! I learned something new on Picasa. Okay, so I've dug into this program and so far I am enjoying what I can do! Obviously! :-)

Great Keisha.... Taking your kids out shooting was the best thing you could have done for you and for them... extra credit for that! ;-)
